How’s it going, Seniority Health? Clark Bartram here with an easy-to-make snack that helps to get more out of your diet. It’s only 6 ingredients that is designed to: Improve Digestion, Nutrient Absorption, and Joint Health.

Here are the items that you will need to complete this recipe.

A Blender
A Glass Tupperware Bowl
4 Organic Apples
1 Cup of water
3 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
1 Lemon
1 Tbsp of Turmeric

Got everything? Great! Let’s get started!

I will go through each ingredient and it’s health benefits as we add the ingredient to the blender. So, first things first, grab a blender!

Start with 4 organic apples – cored and quartered with peels on.

Leave the peels on because they contain 2−6 times more nutrients and insoluble fiber than the flesh of apples.

Next, add 1 cup of water.

Now, add 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar.

The acetic acid in Apple Cider Vinegar is what we’re looking to benefit from here. This will help temporarily adjust the body’s pH balance that will in turn help to synthesize more protein.

This way, when you’re taking in all these delicious, natural whole-foods you should be eating, you’re absorbing more of the benefits to better boost your testosterone, energy levels, and especially burn off excess body fat.

Next, take 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon and add it to the mix.

What we men neglect to take into consideration when it comes to our health, especially our testosterone, is chronic inflammation.

Inflammation within our bodies can increase the risk of heart disease, brain function decline, cancer and more.

Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties to fight the onset of illness and terminal diseases like that.

In a journal publication by Evidence-Based Complementary And Alternative Medicine, it was found that ‘cinnamon contains antioxidant flavonoids that provide anti-inflammatory properties, lowering the risk of inflammation.’

Next, juice 1 whole lemon in. Just cut it in half and squeeze both sides in.

The main purpose of lemon juice is to help flush out uric acid in the body. Uric acid builds up in your joints and is a cause of you feeling stiff.

Uric acid build up can also lead to disease like gout – a crippling disease that you as an older man are at risk of.

Now, add in 1 tablespoon Turmeric

This is one of the most important ingredients. Turmeric contains a substance known as lipopolysaccharide, which helps stimulate the body’s immune system. Its antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal agents also help strengthen the immune system.

The anti-inflammatory activity of curcumin found in turmeric also lowers the chances of developing ulcers, is useful for constipation, cramping, and irritable bowel syndrome.

Now, just hit the Blend button and let the ingredients mix for 10-second intervals until you reach your desired consistency.

Spoon the contents of the blender into some glass Tupperware and keep it in the fridge for the week.

You can have this for breakfast, as a daily snack, or side to a meal to make the most of what you’re taking in with your nutrition. Because If you can get your body tuned to…
