So, were at my place today to show you all how to get started working out right at home. I’ve cleared just a little bit of space for this workout, so let me show you what I’m talking about because I’m gonna show you how to sweat your ass off – right now.
You will be doing 5 Exercises back-to-back, 8 reps each. You’re finished when you do a total of 3 full rounds with just a 60-second break between each round. Here are the exercises:
1:07 – Exercise #1: Wall Push-Ups
1:20 – Exercise #2: Air Squats
1:38 – Exercise #3: Chair Dips
1:56 – Exercise #4: Bent-Knee Ground Wipers
2:21 – Exercise #5: Plank Reaches

And there you have it, guys. That’s one full round of the exercises. Remember – you will have to do 3 TOTAL rounds to complete this workout, so remember that towel and to drink some water, because you’re gonna be sweating and burning that fat off with this one.
