Increase Your T Without Stepping In The Gym:

A huge part of boosting testosterone levels naturally comes down to nutrition. You want to eat a good amount of starchy carbs, good amount of the right type of fats, and low-medium amount of protein mainly from animal sources…

On top of all, it’s ideal to get plenty of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) with the foods you eat.

Now, in order to achieve those goals… I encourage you to learn from the man who knows test-boosting nutrition best. His name is Clark Bartram, and he’s the number 1 most-subscribed nutritionist for men over 40.

All you have to do is go to and check out the free demonstration video he posted.

In that video, you’ll be able to get a head start on learning the exact types of nutrients that are pro-testosterone, and which foods you will need to avoid so that you can skyrocket your testosterone levels… Just go to

For now, let’s get into today’s recipe.

The Mega Man BLT Salad.

Listen… Salad doesn’t have to be a boring experience of rabbit foods.

In fact, you can whip up a hormonally nourishing health-bomb of a salad in few minutes with this recipe that includes:

3 cups of spinach
2 hard boiled eggs
½ cup organic blue cheese
5 slices organic bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 avocado, sliced or cubed
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil

Now here’s why this salad gives you high-testosterone fuel…

If you use spinach as a lettuce base, it’s filled with natural nitrates that convert into nitric oxide inside of your body. This occurrence will then increase your blood flow. Spinach is also filled with a natural steroid called ecdysterone, which is linked to elevated testosterone production.

Eggs are packed with cholesterol, which is the direct precursor of testosterone and linked to elevated testosterone production in various studies. Eggs are also filled with choline, which helps your body to chelate (get rid off) estrogens.

Organic Blue cheese is filled with live bacteria, enzymes, and probiotics, and those are all linked to supreme health and elevated testosterone production.

Organic bacon gives you some natural saturated fat which is the kind of fat that stimulates testosterone synthesis. Bacon will also give you hefty doses of testosterone boosting cholesterol.

Avocado is jam-packed with monounsaturated fatty acids, the dietary fats known for boosting testosterone production in men. Avocados also contain various T boosting vitamins such as: C, E, D, and K2.

Olive oil will help your testicles to convert cholesterol more easily into testosterone. Not to mention, one study showed that it increased testosterone levels by 17%! Olive oil also has a compound called Oleuropein which is shown to be anti-estrogenic in few in-vitro studies.

To prepare this recipe, first cook the bacon in a stove top skillet to your desired crunchiness then allow it to cool before chopping into small pieces.

Now, you can boil the eggs, peel and slice them OR you can take the easy route and buy pre-boiled eggs… and slice 2 of these up.

Now here’s the best part… Simply throw in your greens and top it with sliced tomato, avocado, egg, bacon crumbles, blue cheese and top it off with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt + pepper to taste… Presto… 5-minute test-boosting salad is served!

This recipe yields 2 to 3 portions – so one batch will cover your lunch for half the week.
