Increase Your T Without Stepping In The Gym:

Tacos are pretty damn good… But do you know what’s even better than eating an ordinary taco?

Eating a taco that boosts your testosterone… Out of a bag of chips… GUILT FREE!!!

Gentlemen, start your test-boosting engines because in this video we are going to show you how to make the most convenient, nutritious and hormone-friendly taco recipe of all time…

The Sweet Potato Walking Taco!

Ok, so if you need an excuse to combine all of your favorite taco toppings into a bag of delicious, crunchy sweet potato chips, then supporting your hormones is a pretty good one…

Now – I want to mention that I didn’t stop at tacos guys. In fact, I have adapted some of the best tasting man-meals into test-boosting recipes of my own. I’m talking testo burgers… sweet potato nachos… and even Test-boosting peanut butter cups loaded with the best known nutrients for optimizing male hormone levels.

So if you want to check out my other test-boosting recipes and learn how you can easily make them a part of your daily diet, just head to right now

So, here’s what we’re cookin’ with today:

-1 bag of Jackson’s Honest sweet potato chips (you can also use plantain chips for this recipe if you’d like) – This brand in particular uses only 3 ingredients in their chips: Non-GMO Potatoes, Nutrient-Dense Coconut Oil and Hint of Pure Sea Salt. They are made with coconut oil, which is mainly saturated – and saturated fats are considered the best type of fat for increased testosterone production.

-5oz of cooked ground beef – a good source for carnitine which is linked to increased androgen receptor density and sensitivity…meaning that it increases the amount of “testosterone receptors”, the receptor sites where androgens (testosterone and DHT) actually bind into.

-Salt and pepper

-2 Tablespoons Mexican seasoning

-A splash of water

For the toppings, we’ll use a palm-size portion of:

-Sliced black olives

-Diced tomatoes

-Diced avocado – These are jam-packed with monounsaturated fatty acids, which are known for increasing testosterone production. Avocados also contain various T boosting vitamins such as: C, E, D, and K2.

-Sliced scallions

-Fresh cilantro

-And Salsa, to top it off

Now, grab a medium-sized pan and heat the ground beef over medium-low heat – add a little salt and pepper to taste.

Brown the beef until almost cooked through, then stir in the Mexican seasoning and a splash of water.

Finish cooking until browned, then remove from the heat.

Cut the top off of your bag of chips.

Then layer your chips with your taco toppings, starting with the ground beef and finishing with the salsa.

Then, garnish with scallions and cilantro.

And eat your walking tacos straight from the bag!

Alright, guys, we hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do…

Listen – Getting rid of unwanted body fat is not about counting calories.. or going “zero carb” or “low fat” like so many men are lead to believe…

In fact, in that video, I’ve included more research that debunks these fad diets… and how they are actually hurting your testosterone levels – which tends to make weight loss feel even more difficult to achieve for most men over 40.

But not anymore. Not when you have this hormone on your side.

And the good news is… you can literally use FOOD to unleash higher levels of testosterone into your bloodstream… If you know which key test-boosting nutrients to be eating.
