We focus specifically on men over the age of 40 or nearing that age here at Seniority Health. So, as you may have heard from us time and time again, we older men can’t train like we were in our 20’s or 30’s.

Today we have Dr. Jason showing us a modified version of training to do with men over the age of 60.
