As we older men age, walking in itself can end up causing a bit of discomfort. We can all agree that we don’t move like we used to in our 20’s or even 30’s.

However, that doesn’t mean we should have to deal with pain or make basic everyday tasks like walking harder than it needs to. Here today with a tip for the week is John to show you a quick, calf-raise exercise to help condition you to continue to get through your day.
