How Men Over 40 Should Train:

To honor all of our current, retired, and fallen military and armed forces in the United States of America, it is with a great honor we bring you 98-year-old WWII veteran John Hamilton and his story.

John is not only an American hero but a testament to the concept that you are never too old and it is never too late to start training in the gym to better your health and have a body that allows you to live the life you deserve, at any age. John didn’t start hitting the gym until he was 85, over 13 years ago!

We at Seniority Health owe a great debt and gratitude to all those that are serving, have served, and have been lost in the line of duty in the pursuit of fighting for and protecting our freedom in the United States of America. Thank you to all those dawning the uniform and doing so day-in and day-out.
