Train Like A Man Over 40 Should:

Let’s take some time to appreciate a man who, to this day, has pushed the bounds of being in what most perceive as being in the best shape ever… At 78-years-old no less.

Jim here is a testament to age truly just being another number, and that being in shape and living a healthful lifestyle and being mindful of what you do to your body can halt what most experience while aging. His list of accomplishments over the last 30 years can attest to that:

  • Mr. America
  • Mr. USA
  • Mr. International
  • Mr. Olympia

Whether you’re a champion bodybuilder or not, it goes to show that time treats the body only in the ways you allow it to. Clean and healthy eating combined with proper physical activity and training had this man looking better than most men half or even one-third his age.
