How Men Over 40 Should Train:

What is your excuse for not being able to train and get in the best shape yet? As you can see, relying on your age as a crutch and excuse for not training just doesn’t cut it.

Here we have Lao Wang – an 81-year-old man in China who has the body of most men half his age. If you’re not impressed by that sentiment… Lao didn’t start training until his 50’s.

Take this as an indicator for the start of the week to get up and get going. Age really is just a number, as you can clearly see, so don’t sit on that excuse anymore to get going.
