Train Like A Man Over 40 Should:

Changing not only the workouts and exercises you may be doing but the equipment and environment you are using and doing them in can greatly impact your results.

Take Robert’s workout routine here. Being outside and one with nature, using rocks in the desert as a weight to train his upper body and sculpt his physique, and the heat from training outside in the sun makes for a whole other element of fitness.
