Age really is relative when it comes to being fit. Not being able to train as hard, keep up with, or be as strong as younger men under 40 is just a myth. As you can see, these men are over 60 years-old and haven’t missed a step with being able to do some of the hardest calisthenic training workouts and exercises that most men, let alone men under 40, simply cannot do.

Being able to manipulate and use your own bodyweight as resistance for training also frees you from needing to use unnecessary machines or exercise equipment that can be confusing and potentially harmful to your joints and muscles if improperly done.
