Increase Your T Without Stepping In The Gym: http://go.seniorityhealth.com/testm491c
This is the ultimate man’s meal for a few reasons…
First off, it’s a crock pot recipe – that means for busy guys who don’t have time to prep meals or cook dinner every night, this makes for a simple and delicious option… Plus who doesn’t love walking into the house after a long day and smell dinner waiting on you?
Now the second reason why it’s great for men is that we are going to be using weight loss friendly ingredients that are actually proven to support a man’s testosterone health.
And if you didn’t know – this is what nutritionists refer to as your master vitality hormone…
And by eating a combination of these key nutrients on a daily basis, you can naturally elevate your testosterone levels through your diet… to improve your energy, your performance and yes, your ability to maintain a lean masculine body – even as you age.
So here’s what makes this recipe pro-testosterone…
First up… The grass-fed beef.
And the reason why it’s beneficial for your testosterone health is that it contains cholesterol…
Now before you think I’m just trying to clog your arteries, you should know that there are tons of respected peer-reviewed studies which clearly show that dietary cholesterol intake has little to nothing to do with cardiovascular risk.
In fact, cholesterol is actually the precursor to testosterone in the male body.
Meaning that cholesterol, the actual lipid molecule, is like baby testosterone.
And it comes not as a surprise that several studies have found out how increased cholesterol intake correlates with elevated testosterone production.
Therefore if your diet is currently void of dietary fats and cholesterol, there’s a good chance that your testosterone health could be taking a big hit. But by incorporating some clean, grass-fed lean animal protein – you’ll be able to directly up your hormone production.
Next on the list is the avocado. This creamy green fruit contains monounsaturated fats – which are the best known dietary fats for your hormone health.
Plus, they are packed with magnesium – a mineral that has shown through studies to release bound test molecules in the body and make them more bio-active.
Another study even showed that roughly one gram of magnesium was enough to increase free testosterone levels by 24% in combination with exercise… Pretty amazing, right?
So we’ve talked about the protein and the dietary fats – now let’s touch on every guy’s favorite carbohydrate source… BREAD!
This loaf of bread is unique because it doesn’t contain any white flour, so it doesn’t have any refined carbs like most kinds of pasta, cereals, and white bread products contain.
Eating large amounts of refined carbs will cause your testosterone levels to decrease because the sugars from them can make men gain weight and raise estrogen levels as testosterone is depleted.
So if you love bread or love sandwiches – your best bet is to check the ingredients on your bread and make sure it uses almond flour or coconut flour instead of white flour.
Now here are the other ingredients you’ll need:
1 Large Onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Mexican Oregano
1 Tsp Cumin
3 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
1 Tsp Salt and black pepper
14 Oz Diced Tomatoes with Juice
So here’s how it’s done:
Spray down a stove top pan with non-stick spray and add your meat, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Add some salt and pepper and let your meat brown for several minutes.
Add ½ cup of water to the skillet and scrape up all the browned fond from the bottom of the pan. Transfer to slow cooker. Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, and tomatoes… Then simply let cook on High 4-6 hours.
Once it’s finished cooking… Leave your meat is still in the slow cooker and use two forks to shred the beef cubes, then garnish with cilantro.
When you’re ready to eat, I recommend popping your bread in the toaster before adding 5-6oz of shredded beef. Then top it with some sliced avocado and serve it up with your favorite sides such as dill pickle spears or some slaw!
You can store the meat in the fridge for easy access during the workweek or you can even make a big batch and freeze it… It’s just that simple.
