Train Like A Man Over 40 Should: http://go.seniorityhealth.com/senio81d7

Jumping right into a workout before properly acclimating your muscles and joints can dangerously increase your risk of injury. It’s important that prior to even picking up a weight, hopping on a treadmill, or engaging in any physical activity that you warm up and prime your body to be in a safe training zone.

Here is a quick 6-minute warm-up routine from Craig that you can do before training, right when you get out of bed, before you go to sleep, or throughout your day to have your body a bit more limber and get some good blood flow going.

What are your favorite warm-up moves? Have you been neglecting to warm up and stretch before exercise? In what areas of the body are you finding that you cramp up or become easily sore in while training? Let us know in the comments below what’s going on.
